Pan Pacific is a best location for my business trip. It is also convinient for me to have "Whole Foods Market" on the 1st floor. In addition to the business trip, this hotel is best location for sightseeing as it is located close to down town.

I am not sure this is your policiy or not but I assume that all hotel should have linen in white so that when I found towels in brown in my room, I though it was kind of strange for me.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable with lots of light and a great bathroom. The staff were very friendly and had some great suggestions.

While the staff was very friendly there was a delay in getting our room and we had to hunt down one of our suitcases that did not make it into the room. We did find it though.

Great location - excellent organic supermarket underneath. Not located in centre of town, but not too far from anything. Walking distance to space needle and monorail.

The unique layout and design of the hotel is simply unmatched by others in town. The free town car was a nice surprise.

As a younger couple we cannot recommend to too many friends because of the higher price, though it is not as high as several downtown hotels.

I preferred that it wasn't in the downtown core with the busy nightlife but was an easy 15 minute walk to the downtown. I also liked having Whole Foods underneath the hotel, we ate breakfast down there each morning! Very convenient. We also liked that it was near the Union Street area which we found to be new and lively at night and an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The street we were facing was quite busy and we could hear the traffic through the windows. The cost of parking at the hotel was a bit higher than I would have appreciated. The Westin was charging $29 and we felt that that was a more appropriate price. We knew that parking was expensive in Seattle but not THAT expensive. We live in Vancouver so know all about $$$ parking but have never paid that much before.

The Bar Tender war not friendly..We even tried to go back again to see if it was a phase.Sorry to say she was always in a bad mood.

We could not have selected a more splendid venue to create memories as we celebrated my husbands birthday. We were blessed with a corner room on the 8th floor overlooking skyscrapers and the infamous Seattle Space Needle, and dined sufficiently at the luxurious Seastar Restaurant We were treated like royalty by Guest Services and Wait staff. We awakened to the cotton soft glow of sunrise and sleep amongst the sea of diamonds hidden in the glitter and sparkle of colored night lights. Simply romantic!

The knowledge of restaurants and bars in the city was perfect and very well described. The courtesy car is a superb and very welcome idea. The staff were a delight, very well mannered and seemed to understand what we wanted when asking for places to eat on different price ranges. We will definitely come back!

It has a wholefoods store underneath, perfect supplies for a picnic

Very comfortable bed. Love the bathroom - large, clean, big tub, good heater.

It would have been really nice to have a pool. There was a hot tub but you no indoor walkway. The tiles in the elevator looks really dated and can use a facelift. The term "Premium" King room was misleading. The room did not have a sitting area, and did not look like the picture.

Liked the service, beautiful comfortable beds, bathtub, showers, location was good. Whole foods below was very convenient.

Valet parking very expensive. Adds on an extra $40 a day to the hotel room cost

The room and desk staff were very nice

Expected that the Pan Pacifiic, Seattle would be more like the P/P in Vancouver i e location, lounges etc

    Staff

Premium King is small, bath is small, bed is just ok

I like that the Pan Pacific Seattle was next to retail shops, restaurants, Whole Foods Market, Starbucks, and a hair Salon. We were able to walk any place we wanted to go - including Safeco stadium. (Walked there, took cab home)

I was confused by the restaurant - appeared you needed reservations only. Also, would have been nice to have a place to eat breakfast.

  • Older travelers

    Nice, well appointed luxury.

Insufficient electrical outlets. When asking the staff for something, needed to ask a second time. They always complied then after much apologies. Not the kind of service I expect at these prices.

The 24hrs check out was a fantastic feature. That alone will bring guests back without shopping the competition.
